To whom it may concern,

I am writing this letter of recommendation after my experience with Summit Event productions for the catering of my daughters wedding on December 27, 2006. We initially interviewed several caterers in the spring of 2006, including Pam Aki at Summit Events. I then formal quotes from our shortened list of caterers. pam responded very timely; answered all of our questions; and provided a complete proposal based on my requested information.

We selected Summit Events and met again with Pam to confirm the details. Our meeting was extremely productive as Pam had great suggestions. She understood Sarah's plan for the wedding and worked very diligently to ensure that everything was in place for the reception. Pam met with us at both her office, and the reception location, which was in Riverside. She had no problem traveling to meet us and accommodatedour schedules as much as possible. This was especially important as I live in Arizona and was only in California for short periods before Lethe wedding.

As with any event, challenges presented themselves. Pam handled everything very professionally. We did not have to worry about dealing with the last minute problems as Pam took care of every detail. This was especially comforting with the wedding 2 days after Christmas. as the caterer, she was only responsible for the food, but Pam went far beyond that. pam met with us at the reception site the day after Christmas and helped as we set up for the reception. She truly was a partner in this venture!

At the reception, the presentation of the hors d'oeuvres was fabulous! The staff members were friendly and professional. Best of all, the dinner was awesome! Sarah had provided specific recipes for her wedding dinner. The chef made a wonderful meal, which the guests are still commenting about, an d the coffee was the best I've ever had! At the end of the reception, the clean-up went quickly. They even washed the floor in the back room where they had set-up!

I highly recommend Summit events for any special event.
