On behalf of the Orange County Chapter of the American Red Cross, I would like to thank you for all your guidance and assistance in helping us plan and implement our first ever Red Cross Garden Party Social to recognize our volunteers. Your insight on the various details, from food, plate size, table setting colors, and chair design was extremely beneficial to us.

The food and decoration sampling lunch you hosted for us really allowed us to experience the commitment to customer satisfaction you and Summit Event Catering have. Through the lunch, we were able to share with you the "flavor'' of the event we were looking to host and you provided us with a multitude of cost efficient suggestions and recommendations we came to use.

Your ability to work within our budget to cater an impressive event was truly appreciated.

On the day of our event, you and your staff were punctual in the set-up and clean up of the buffet station food and decorations. The food was all displayed in clean, appealing dishes and was easy for guests to pick-up and enjoy. The menu we had discussed had been followed and your insight to send an additional number of servings per item was noted.

We thank you once again for partnering with us to host a wonderful first ever Garden Party Social. We look forward to working with you and Summit Event Catering in the future.
