Summit Event Catering has been used at my company numerous times for various events from luncheons to fuliMblown holiday parties. From the first event to the most recent, Pam Aki and Summit have been wonderful to work with. They arrive on time and have professional and conscientious staff. During the event they are very vigilant to replenish and tidy up where needed. The menus have been really creative and the food is great. Since we don't-have a commercial kitchen they prepare the food outside and do an amazing jobl I have found their pricing to be competitive and if you are on a budget they tailor the menu to get the cost where you need it to be. I highly recommend them!
