Dear Pam:

My husband and I just want you to know that our daughter Hilary's wedding turned out to be so romantic and dream-like that we wish we could re-live once more. We thank you for the wonderful job you did in catering this most special of all events.

You and your staff did an excellent job in preparing and presenting the food. It was so delicious and appealing and everyone loved it. What my husband and I will remember most of all though, is your willingness to work with us in coming up with a menu that made our guests happy and still helped us stay within our budget. We can't thank you enough for that.

We will be planning another wedding in the near future for our daughter, Emily, and rest assured we will be calling on you once more.
