Dear Pam,
I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for everything concerning Josi and Yoshi's wedding that took place on July 3rd, 2008 at the Los Angeles River and Garden Center. The warm glow lingers because you helped create a beautiful, elegant and delicious affair. You were attentive from our very first conversation and you never wavered from that attentiveness even thoug~ I, as the groom's mother, am located in Philadelphia. You took me seriously from the very first moment as the liaison for my children even though we are separated by 3,000 miles. You answered all our important and trivial questions with promptness and grace, in spite of the distance and time difference, and always kept our best interest at heart. You were thoughtful and flexible and created a basis from which we felt we could entrust a very important day to your care.

It definitely paid off because the food was delicious, the presentation was gorgeous, the service impeccable and you followed through on all our wishes. You truly were a joy to work with from beginning to end. We will always be grateful for your caring warmth and attention to detail which made a special day truly special in every way.

I would recommend Summit catering to anyone in your area as well as anyone planning an event from anywhere in the country that might take place within your purview as clearly what was important was the event and the people involved-not where the event coordinator was located.
