It is with great pleasure that I am writing this letter of reference for you and Summit Event Catering. I am very thankful to have worked with you in planning for our wedding reception on August 28, 2004. Your talent, experience, and professionalism, coupled with the excellent services and quality of food at Summit Event, made our wedding reception so wonderful and memorable!

You went over and beyond to make this event tailored to our personalities and style. When I walked into the reception, I took notice of how you paid attention to small details such as accenting the buffet table with the colors of our wedding, to creating beautiful flower arrangements for our appetizer and buffet tables. The set up was absolutely outstanding.

More so than the set-up, the food and service was excellent! Many of our guests are particular about the food that they eat, but all we heard from them were praises of how delicious the food was! Our parents' friends (most of whom are first-generation Asian immigrants) have been raving about the food, and we have recently referred someone to you since the wedding. I still crave the food from the wedding! Your staff was very professional and hospitable to all of our guests, and we definitely appreciated the special attention they gave to our bridal party and us. Our florist, DJ, coordinator, and photographer also gave high praises of you and your staff.

Pam, thank you so much for all that you have done. You al~ays updated us by phone calls and emails, worked to accommodate our budget, helped to find us other wedding venues when we worried about exceeding the capacity of our reception hall, and most importantly, gave us genuine guidance and care. I was confident to leave the reception in your hands!

Thank you again for making the reception stress-free for me, and memorable for our friends and family.
